We have had a great time with this event. It is truly a bunch of fun
answering questions about our area and the Mason - Dixon line with those
that make contact with us.

Below is information that needs to be filled out for our Mason - Dixon
special event station in October. This information will be listed in QST
and CQ magazines.
I will also make sure it is listed with eham.net and QRZ websites as well.
I just want to make sure the information is the same for all locations.

We also need input on the certificate design. I have a graphic artist
available (free) to pull our ideas together into a very nice certificate or
if someone in the club would like to do it that would be great! I think it
would be nice to make it a group design with input from our membership. If
we do decide to go with a certificate how much money do we ask for to cover
costs of printing and mailing them out (keep it reasonable).

Information given in the ARRL form is limited. Our website will be given as
a source of detailed information about this event.  The link to our website
is listed in the announcement.

Just some things to think about. Give us your ideas.

(We haven't had much response for participation in this event. Currently we
will only staff 2 radios. We may add a CW only station to bring in the
FISTS club and other CW guys.)
