Everyone,

Hope to are all doing well. I'm sending this mail to try and nail down the details of this event. So here they are as I understand them;

What; WV State QSO Party
When: 1600z June 16 2012
            Do we need to get together early for setup?
Where: Mason Dixon park
             Have we confirmed a ability of the park? If not I can if someone lets me know who I need to contact.
Who: anyone that wants to participate.

I'd really like to get the details of this nailed down so I can make a better announcement on the net this Monday.

Also if we get things nailed down would it be possible to make it a scheduled announcement on the repeater like the net is now? Is that even a good idea?

Tnx and 73,

Depending on how many people would like to join in on the fun I would think at least 2 stations may be needed. I responded back to the list to get input from other club members. ANYONE WANT TO DO WV QSO PARTY???
