[W8MWA] SSTV try out

I added 146.580 to my scan list so that if you start transmitting on that
frequency again, I can load up the software.
I can decode the images with my base station but I do not yet have the
ability to transmit unless I do the iphone/mic trick you guys showed me. I
have tested it locally and there is just a bit too much noise for good
results (too many computers in this room + what Im using as a power supply).
Id be more than happy to participate even if its just to see if I can
receive the signal, etc.

I got the signalink USB interface between my Mac and radio working and Jake
and I were able to do some more testing. With great success on 2 meters. 440
was still mostly a no go as the signals were too weak.
I'll try to get the images I received from jake up on the net somewhere
sometime this evening.
Thanks,

speaker on my iPhone to receive the pictures. After we quit playing around I
took a few minutes and have my signalink USB connected to my radio.
Hopefully we can give it another shot soon with better results.

here!?!?!? I got a 100watt amp for 70cm and I am not afraid to use it!!!
