When you put up a message for the reflector, REMEMBER that not everybody is
"in your head". You're putting up minimal information that folks will see at some
random time in the future.

SPECIAL EVENT STATION: When? I see this Sunday night at 11PM. Did I miss it?

WEATHER ALERT: Is this a NEW weather alert NOW or was that left over from the last one?
