Due to the various responces I have received, I have contacted Lakeview Resort and the Pine's Country Club for proposals to host our party. I will be emailing more details as soon I receive them.

I will be presenting these proposals in full at the October meeting where we will need to select which one we want to go with as both place require a $100.00 deposit to secure the date of the event and by mid October the reservations will be filling up fast.

Tahnk you to everyone that has responded as without your feedback, this planning part would be very frustrating.
