[W8MWA] July Meeting

Hello everyone, hoping you are enjoying your July 4th celebrating activities
and are being safe.

For the July meeting I am sending out an open invitation to ALL newer
members of the ham community to come to this meeting as we will be having a
class that will be invaluable to them as they begin there adventures in ham
radio.

I am also impressing on the rest of the members of OUR amateur radio club to
pick a newer ham and take him under your ³wing² and lets do everything we
can to keep these new hams active and involved so we can keep them in the
hobby for years to come.

If we don¹t help and foster these new hams, who will be around when we
become silent keys to keep amateur radio alive???

So if you know someone who has gotten their ticket in the last year or so
give them a phone call, email, or slap on the back and get them out to the
meeting!

of the River Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross at 7pm local /
