Minutes for Conneaut Amateur Radio Club
Call to Order
A General meeting of the Conneaut Amateur Radio Club washeld on June 15, 2016 at the Conneaut American Legion Post. It began at 19:30with the Pledge of Allegiance and was presided over by Brian Wedekind (N3KQE)with Mike Anderson W3MJA as secretary.

Approval of Minutes 
A motion to dispense reading of and approve the minutesof the May 16 meeting was made by KD8ASE and seconded by KD8AXJ; passed
Treasurer’s Report
The treasurer’s Report was read. Motion to approve madeby W3MJA & N8XUA; passed
Committee Reports
Tour de State Line: KD8SE gave re-cap. This will be anannual event held the weekend before the MS 150
Hamfest: Tickets are going out to Hamfests in area andposters being printed and emailed to various clubs who host Hamfests.
D-Day: Discussion about how amateur radio is still goingto be involved, including possible mobile check-ins for Amateur Radio opscoming to event. It is possible that the club will host a Clandestine RadioBooth for 2017. Sign-ups for this year will be at the July meeting.
Radio: Weather receiver is dead and is not able to befixed. If you are on the 144.390 APRS network, the W8BHZ-1 digipeater is onlineready to make you heard if you are in the area. The club’s West Mountain RadioRigblaster Pro has not sold and is available for purchase.
Field Day: EVERGREEN CAMPGROUND is new location. KD8AXJsaid he’s providing food, but is asking everyone to bring a dish to share.Trailer & antenna set-up starts at 9am on June 25th. Teardownwill be during the morning of June 26th.  Logging software has been purchased byKD8AXJ.

New Business: 
Discovery Day will be at Outdoor Learning Center onAugust 6th. 10a-6p; sign-ups will be at July meeting.  We need to have club representation at thisevent this year.
Good of the Order: 
NCS schedule for Sunday night nets set50/50 won by N8XUA, donated back to club
