Minutes for Conneaut Amateur Radio Club Meeting
Call to Order
A General meeting of the Conneaut Amateur Radio Club washeld on May 16, 2016 at the Conneaut American Legion Post. It began at 19:30with the Pledge of Allegiance and was presided over by Brian Wedekind (N3KQE)with Mike Anderson W3MJA as secretary.

Approval of Minutes 
A motion to approve the minutes of the April 18 meetingwas made by KB3ITJ and seconded by KD8ASE Passed
Treasurer’s Report
Treasurer’s Report was read. Motion to approve made byKD8ASE & KB3ITJ. Motion to pay $84.00 for the Post Office Box by KD8ASE& KB3ITJ, both passed.
Committee Reports
Tour de State Line: KD8SE gave update of event,including locations & timesMS 150 June 11-12th: Signups continue to berequested June 11 Butler to Meadville, June 12 Meadville to Conneaut. They willbe forwarded to Bill Morrison DDay: meeting is set for next weekRadio: no reportField Day: location Lakeview Park June 25-26, NOTEPLACE HAS CHANGED SINCE THIS MEETING TO EVERGREEN CAMPGROUND
