Attended: KB3ITJ, W8WSL, KB3ZVH, W8VFP, KC8WFJ, W8FAS, N8NEO, KD8ASE, KD8GBP, KC8RJO, KC3ABC, KB3ZRC, W3MJA, N3KQE & 2 guests (Pongrass family)
Minutes approved by KB3ZVH & KB3ITJTreasurer Report read & approved by W3MJA & KD8ASE
Radio Committee: No ReportHamfest Committee: word of mouth at NW PA HamfestAuxiliary: providing food inquiry. presented at last mtg, only issue is with Health Department re: cooking in room.Tickets $5 entrance & $10 vendor, can purchase in advance.Nothing about door prizes as of yet.Field Day: 195 good contacts 40mtrs, 12 80m, 1 20mtrs 208 total.Old Business: QSL Cards were printed with wrong call sign. Printing up new cards with club sign.Hosting Services: W8NEO still paying himself, but looking for further details for hosting.EchoLink: proper sound card needed on system, replacing it.KD8ASE was up for previous net. Can he continue to put up?W8NEO has a computer specifically for Echolink, working on set up.Club Call sign released for Echolink (trustee issue)? nothing yet.Discovery Day: nothing new at this meeting, scheduled for Aug 1st. N8XUA & XYL are planning to be there.GOTA for Middle school kids.New Business:Checking Account: not really option. not going to do any better at other banks.Since not set up for 501(c), not an option. CD not available to cash in due to lock-in. Sit on until next roll over point. Donation of $3 fees by KD8ASE or Pre-Pay 2016 membership. Several did pre-pay.3 New Members voted in by secret ballot:Terrie (sp?) & Bethany Pongrass. & Chris Shaffer (KC3ABC)
