[W4PDE] Beach Or Bust Bike Ride

Well after telling Mary Hunt, the Ham Coordinator, since August 18 that she 
needed to contact Danny to obtain use of the Dillon repeater, it looks like 
she finally passed the buck and had someone ask to use Dillon.  Now if she 
will just get the website corrected, I can quit harassing her.
