Hello friends,
I wanted to inform you of some radio equipment that I want to sell
from my collection here at home. Long story short, due to the fact
that I will be living in numerous places due to school within the
coming years, often with limited space, it's necessary for me to get
rid of some of my stuff. Don't worry, I'm by no means leaving the
hobby. I just have too much at this point in time to be practical to
have with me in the various places I go.
I'm looking to sell a Kenwood TS-2000 which is in great working
condition (all bands, all modes radio); it has a speech synthesizer in
it (for blind usage) but I believe that can be removed. It's a great
radio and really has limited wear and tear. I have a Yaesu FT 1900R 2
meter mobile which is a nice little radio for your car; I always had
good performance on it and I believe it does 50 watts. Again, limited
wear and tear on it, and it has nearly all the local repeaters
programmed into it already. I have a Uniden BCT15X scanner as well,
again, with limited wear; this is an awesome radio for conventional
monitoring and it can handle trunked systems too (although not 25 Pp.
digital). It's all programmed for Erie and Chautauqua counties as
well as ham radio, marine, aviation, etc. but can be altered. (I'm
upgrading to a 25 Pp. capable scanner, which should actually be here
in the mail today!) There is also a lot of various coax, connectors,
and meters here that I can give you more information on if you are
interested.
If you or someone you know might be interested in any of this
equipment, please contact at (716) 252-6524 or via email to
n.hlifka at hotmail.com. Feel free to forward, share, mention on nets,
etc. I'll work out prices with the individual buyer, but I'll
certainly keep them reasonable.
Thanks and 73,
Nick K2ECL
