***W3YXE*** RAC Update- Change in Meeting Date

Dear RAC Members,
Our next club meeting will take place on *Thursday September 17th*. Please
note the change.  The meeting room was not available on the Second Tuesday
of the month.

And Yes we will have a program!  It will start at 7 PM and the general
membership meeting will start at 7:30 PM. Topic to be announced in a few
weeks.

For those who were not at the meeting, we will have a second reading on the
proposed bylaw change and a vote if everything goes well.

In regards to the Spartansburg Fair, I will be contact people to see if
they can help with manning the table about 2 weeks prior to the fair.
