Dear Radio Amateur of Corry Members,
Our next club meeting will be held on Tuesday November 1st. at our NEW
LOCATION!!
The Corry Area Middle - High School Chorus Room
7:00 p.m. Program — Topic: Noise and Interference
7:30 p.m. General Membership Meeting  and Elections for 2017
Plus we will be voting on a proposed bylaw change.
The attached bylaw change is listed below.

Information about which door to enter at the school will be emailed
out next week.

OLD VERSION

Section 4. Meetings: Regular business meetings will be held the first
Tuesday of each month. The meeting shall come to order at 7:30 p.m. at
the American Red Cross, Corry, PA. With the exception of the December
meeting which will be held at the Christmas party if deemed necessary
by the officers.

Section 4A. In the unusual case that a meeting needs to be canceled
the officers shall have to power to do so. If the meeting is
rescheduled it shall be handled as a special meeting.

Section 4B. Special Meetings: May be called by the president or on the
written request of any four members of the club. An honest attempt
shall be made to notify all members of a special meeting. Only the
business for which the meeting is called shall be transacted at the
special meeting. The same rules of quorum hold for a special meeting
as for a regular business meeting.

Section 4C. The officers may from time to time as desired move the
regular meeting from the American Red Cross, Corry, PA provided that
at least one (1) weeks notice is given. This notice may be by email,
radio nets, etc..., the meeting may be up to one (1) hour earlier then
stated in Section 4. Provided the time is stated in the notice of the

or January meeting which will be held at the Christmas party if deemed
necessary by the officers.  A meeting will not take place during the
month in which the holiday party will take place.  If business does
need to be conducted, it will take place at the party.
