 Exercise #1 – TODAY, March 16 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.  Please check-in on the Erie 146.82 (PL 186.2) repeater anytime between 1 and 4 PM.  ARES groups across Pennsylvania are invited to participate with Red Cross of Greater Pennsylvania during the statewide PEMA National Mass Care exercise on May 22.  Red Cross will also be conducting simultaneous shelter exercises in each of their 10 Disaster Response Areas. There will be three “run up practice exercises” leading up to the actual May 22nd PEMA exercise. Exercise #1 – TODAY, March 16 1:00pm to 4:00 pm; April 6 during, the WPA Spring Simulated Emergency Test and May 11, all leading up to the May 22 PEMA exercise. Amateur radio participants will be called on to pass Red Cross messages using WinLink and other messaging systems.
