[W3GV] Erie County RACES Repeater KC3KLG now on air 146.64

Erie County RACES, KC3KLG launched their new repeater on 146.640-MHz this
past Tuesday, May 3, 2022.

It uses a PL tone of 186.2 HZ and an output of 50 watts.

The repeater is located at the Erie County Department of Public Safety on
Flower Road in Summit Township. The antenna is on the main facility tower.

The repeater is a "no frills repeater" with a 3 minute timer only.

The transmitter output is 50 watts.

It is an open repeater and is available for use anytime except when an
Emcomm net is taking place as is the case with other area repeaters.

Erie County RACES would like to thank many people who made this project
possible.

Signal test reports would be greatly appreciated. They can be reported on
the Sunday evening RACES / ARES / SkyWarn net at 9:00 PM.
