What to expect:    
   - Wind Chills to -25F this morning "warm" to -10F to -20F this afternoon. Wind chills remain -10F to -20F through Sunday morning.
   - Wind gusts of 35 to 45 mph continue into this afternoon before subsiding more significantly tonight. Gusts may be higher near the lakeshore.
   - Patchy blowing and drifting snow continues in open areas today, which can lead to continued poor travel conditions.
   - Light snow may add a light dusting to half inch of fresh accumulation across parts of the area today, mainly this morning.
   - Lake effect snow may bring accumulations to lakeshore communities in eastern Lake, Ashtabula, and Erie (PA) Counties tonight into Sunday. The highest confidence in this occurring is north of I-90 and I-86 in Erie County PA.
