The new Chief Executive  Officer of the ARRL, Tom Gallagher,  NY2RF will 
speak at the Penn State  Shenango Auditorium on Wednesday, November 9th at 7  
PM. 
Amateur Radio operators from all over the area will be invited to attend 
this  program. 
MCARC  is the HOST club for this event – so  it is important that we have 
lots of help – more details at the September  meeting. 
After  Tom’s prepared speech – he will take  Q&A. 
This  will be a very special event that you do not want to  miss.
