Operation Western Winds originally scheduled for Saturday, May 30,  2015 
has been canceled.  Thanks to those who had already volunteered, those  who 
attended planning meetings, and those teams who were holding their own  
planning meetings.  
 
I am disappointed to hear of the cancellation, since a drill of this  
magnitude could be a once in a lifetime experience
 
Although it was canceled, please continue to train and plan since the  
tornado exercise scenario could easily become a reality again as it was in  1985.
