I am privileged to announce that Tim Duffy, K3LR, has been elected  Section 
Manager of the Western Pennsylvania Section of the ARRL Atlantic  Division 
for 2015 & 2016. The League individually notified each candidate  this 
afternoon of the following election results:


Tim Duffy, K3LR, West Middlesex, PA     545  votes
Cynthia Rushton, WB3CNJ, Conneautville, PA    83  votes
Paul Plant, W3PLP, Washington, PA    62  votes
