Hello All:

We are offering the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) basic training
classes that are designed to teach needed skills in disasters.

 

The 20 hour course is taught over a weekend which includes hands-on training
as well as classroom training in Medical Ops, Fire Suppression, Search &
Rescue, Terrorism, and Disaster Psychology. 

 

The date is: Friday, Feb, 7th  -     6:30 pm to 9:00 pm

                   Saturday, Feb. 8th  -  8:00 am to 4:00 pm

                   Sunday, Feb. 9th  -    8:00 am to 4:00 pm

 

The training is held at the Public Safety Building (911 center) 2880 Flower
Rd.

 

Lunch is provided on Sat. & Sun.  There is no cost for the training or the
lunches.

 

Please send me an email indicating if you will or will not be attending the
training.  We need 

your response by Jan. 15th so we can order the materials for your class.
