Erie County Department of Public Safety  to host open house 
 
The Erie County Department of Public Safety will host an open house on  
Saturday, Sept. 6 from 1 to 4 PM at the Erie County Public Safety Building,  
2880 Flower Road, Summit Township.  It is open to the  public. 

We have been asked to set up a station(s) and explain what RACES and  
SkyWarn are and what they do.  I will have handouts from the  ARRL.
 
This will be an excellent opportunity to get some local exposure and  
possibly recruit some new operators.
 
Please let me know if you  can attend as a representative of  RACES (must 
have your ID) and/or SkyWarn.  You can sign up for the  entire event or any 
portion of it if you have other commitments.
