The package consists of an Icom 2200H 2 Meter Mobile and a Donner’s Digital Interface. 
The Icom 2200H also includes:
Mobile Mounting Bracket
Wiring Harness for Car
HM-133V Hand Microphone

Information about the Donner’s Digital Interface: 
The Digital Modes Interface Boxes will allow you to transmit and receive PSK31, RTTY, Hellschreiber, SSTV, and other digital modes, plus give you the isolation that you need to protect you gear. (Source: Donner’s Digital Website)

The digital interface is wired for an 8-pin Modular plug. It will also fit the following radios: ICOM-ICE-208-IC2100H, IC2725E, IC2820 

To get on NBEMS or Host your own Echolink Station, just add a computer with a com port and a power supply for the radio.
