[W3GV] Unable to down loadd from the W3GV website

Hi Allen,  Sorry for all the trouble, but I tried it again later in the day and got the QUARAE downloaded and
read just fine, so its working now.  I still use windows XP in both computers.

  IE8 and all download the newsletter correctly.

        What operating system are you using (Win 2K, XP, Vista, Win 7)? What
  IE version are you using?  Do you have the latest Acrobat Reader software
  installed on your computer?

        How far can you get when trying to download? 

        Maybe we can help get you going.
