[W3GV] SK notification?

Hello All,     I hope everyone had a great Field Day!  I recived notification last evening that a good friend of mine in Dayton Ohio (Ramona Helke, N8ORI) passed away after a brief illness.  I know her daughter will no nothing about notifying the FCC or ARRL and I will need to call her and let her know what to do.  I am at a loss here myself.  Does anyone know who she should contact about this??
