To RAE officials in charge of repeaters,it seems that you have established a link to 146.700 repeater that is not authorized and is tying up the whole area systems. It seems to also be tied to 146.82 but it cuts in and out. This may be the result of a controller glich,at any rate,please disconnect any and all links to 146.700 as soon as possible.
