[W3GV] 61/82 Repeaters

I only use 61/82  needed.  61 is nothing but a piece of junk since we left QLN.  82 is a total in joke in the city.  There are other repeaters and simplex with better coverage.

Yes, I heard this behavior had been displayed before, and why his
persistentness gets away from his mental instability, does he feel that
this club and hobby is his and only his. I used to call the repeater the
NKV61. Maybe we should moderate his emails from now on and approve/deny
them.
