[W3GV] 61/82 Link

Just to let everyone know that the link to 61 and 82 is back up and running.  
The audio levels are decent and useable.  To avoid over deviation on the link, watch how close you have your mike to your face.   
We still have some minor adjustments to make to the audio levels and audio level on the cw id for the link.
 
For Net Control Ops: I will provide you with the most current linking/unlink information within the next few days.
