[W3GV] 82 repeater

A big thanks goes out to Jeremy KB3BAM for making the trek out to the 82 site today. The repeater today was hung up in transmit for 2 hours due to problems with the controller. The repeater controller received a firmware update today.  With this firmware update, hopefully the days of "clock not set" and this transmitter hangup  will be gone. 
 
If you hear "clock not set" on 82, please let Matt, Jeremy, or I know so that we can continue to work on the problem.  At the present time, the firmware has not been updated at the 61 site.
