[W3GV] 146.61 still a problem to residential complex

Who's idea was it to put a repeater so close to a 15 story residential complex?

Something lately has been causing 146.61 output to be interfering with US CG channel 16, a dozen or so aircraft frequencies, apparently due to being close
proxity to transmitter.

No one has yet volunteered to come into Highpoint to check out this situation. No one has called on 147.27, and no phone calls from anyone.

Situation will be again bad if 9pm net causes severe
interference again THIS WEEKEND as it did LAST SUNDAY.

Situation requires that it be taken seriously, as 
Highpoint is a 15 story residential building, so if one person is having problems, there is likely others as well. First 3 floors as medical offices.
It may be necessary to ask around if anyone else is also having trouble.

Has something new been added to the St. Vincents radio room? Has there been a change / reconfiguration of antennas in the array on the roof?  Clearly SOMETHING is at work.
