[W3GV] 82 Repeater Back Online

The 82 repeater is back online.

The cause of the failure was that there was a power outage at the site
earlier in the week, and the generator did not kick in. The repeater was
running on the UPS which was only designed to hold the repeater long enough
for the generator to kick on. This caused the UPS to drain, and eventually
die. The repeater was placed directly on AC power (bypassing the UPS) -- it
powered right up and is now functioning.
