Club Members,

 

As you might or might not be aware, our club is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization and operates under formal bylaws that are adopted by the membership and filed with the State of New Jersey.  It had been some time since they were reviewed - they were a little dusty and needed to be updated. 

 

The overall meaning of the document is largely unchanged, although this version encompasses text from an OCR scanned PDF as well as from an outdated text file.  We added a few minor tweaks here and there so that it more closely describes our actual operation.

 

Most importantly, we added the position of Club Chaplain as a Board member.

 

Please take the time to review the document prior to our meeting on Wednesday 10 June.  The goal is to ratify the document and slap a big old "DONE" sticker on the project.
