The Flemington Turkey Trot is this Thursday, Nov 24.  I still have 5 open positions.  If you can join us please let me know ASAP along with your t-shirt size.

We will meet at Panera's parking lot on Route 202 above the Flemington circle at about 8:15.  We will leave for our assigned stations by 8:30 (roads will be closed after that).

We will use the regular 147.375 repeater while enroute to our stations. 

Check in with net control (W2HWW) when you get to your station. 

Then the net will change to 147.540 MHz simplex (no CTCSS tones) for the event.

The Run (5K) begins at 9:30,  the Walk begins at 9:40. 

The Walk route is the same as the Run route up to Station 6a, it then turns right on Main St. 

We will use tactical call signs during the event (your station number).

The event is usually over before 11:00. 

Dress warmly for the weather.
