[W2CRA] Need machining help

I’m asking if someone has machining capability to help modify a capacitance Hat.  I have a non-Elecraft capacitance hat for my Elecraft AX1 whip antenna.

The hat is secured on the antenna tip with a set screw.  I ask if someone can enlarge the hat hole to fit the Electraft AX1 whip antenna.  I estimate the hole should be enlarged from about 5mm ID to about 10mm.

If you are able to enlarge the hat hole, I would pay for your effort.
