[W2CRA] Another nice parade

Helo Friends of CRA,

Well, another nice parade.  We did great, although the heat put a crimp on
some of the after party.

There was some confusion. I think next time we will hold a briefing to go
over routes, positions, the timeline, and safety.  That would take care of
it.
