[W2CRA] Dayton Hamvention 2026

Hi folks,

The club is looking to organize a trip to Hamvention 2026.  The dates are May 15-17 20026.  Hotels will start filling up fast, so we need to look to book now.  The first thing we need is a hard count of those who intend to participate.  Please only indicate your interest if you are committed to going as we will want to reserve a block of hotel rooms.  We will look to reserve the block of rooms, but then each member will need to contact the hotel and reserve a room on their CC.

Depending on the number of members going, we may look at renting a van for the drive, but we can make transportation decisions closer to the event.
