[W2CRA] Upcoming calendar for club events, no March meeting

Friends of CRA,

Just to review the upcoming important dates for club activities:

This Friday, March 08, we meet at the North Hunterdon HS at 6pm to set up for the hamfest, pizza provided (after the work!)

This Saturday, March 09, we meet at the North Hunterdon HS at 6am, to run the hamfest!  We should be breaking down around 12 noon.

We will NOT have our general meeting (2nd Wed, March 13).  We will be resting.  If anyone has the urge to do something, perhaps we can have some other gathering for the hard cores.

The next general meeting will be April 10.  We have elections!  So, after the hamfest flurry settles down, you can expect ballots in the mail.  You need to be paid up to vote.  Regular, single person dues are $30.  You can mail in your check and ballot at the same time.  Please send early enough for the mail to arrive before the meeting, otherwise, bring your check and ballot to the meeting.

If you would like to run for a position, please let us know, we have 3 members at large positions open.  You can see what the responsibilities are on our website, under club leadership.  You can run for any position.
