[W2CRA] Pennsylvania's new cell phone law - HAM exemption

Pennsylvania Governor Shapiro signed into law today Pennsylvania's latest ban on the use of hand-held electronic devices while driving.  The law does include an exemption for "A mobile or handheld radio being used by a person with an amateur radio station license issued by the Federal Communications Commision."

Attached is a copy of Pennsylvania Senate Bill No. 37 (PA SB-37) in .pdf format (available also at this link: https://legiscan.com/PA/text/SB37/2023).  The relevant text appears on page 2. It is suggested that you print out at least the first two pages of this document, with the relevant test highlighted, plus a copy of your amateur radio license, and carry them with you in your vehicle or on your person.
