[W2CRA] Board meeting postpones one day

Hello Friends of CRA,

Due to the inclement weather, we will postpone tonight's board meeting one
day.

So, tomorrow (Thursday) the board will meet at 6pm at Panera.  The early
meet time should have us done before the 8pm 2 meter net.

For those that wish to attend, see you there.
