[W2CRA] no board meeting tonight - moved to tomorow

For those considering going to the board meeting...

We had some conflicts for tonight's meeting, so, it was moved to
tomorrow (Thursday)
Same place, Panera, but at 6:pm to be done before the Thursday night net.
