Linvale Work Party members,

In addition to SWR / Reflected power measurements I'm requesting that non-VNA TDR/DTF measurements be made.

It turns out that I was unable to get meaningful readings because of all the RF floating around there; my VNA is based
on a Spectrum Analyzer - a 1 to 3000 MHz receiver that simply got clobbered.

A true TDR involves a DC narrow pulse generator and a < 20 MHz bandwidth oscilloscope that shouldn't be (too badly)
affected by stray RF.
