In preparation for this year's Field Day exercise, the board has asked 
me to do a review of the logging software that we use.  It is important 
that we all know how to use this as it cuts down on dupes and saves time 
while chasing down new stations.  The good news is that it is really 
easy to do.  Once set up with your call sign, operating mode and band, 
there are only 3 entries that you need  enter for each .
