[W2CRA] Field Day Event Time Line

Below is a loose timeline of the Field Day events.  please let me know 
if you have any questions.


Also, please know that Holland Township as dropped all COVID protocols 
for our event.  Another nail in the coffin for the "new normal".

  * Sometime between now and next friday, club members with meet at the
    Rt12 trailer to gather Filed Day supplies and load into a
    landscaping trailer.
  * On Friday June 25 around 3pm, The trailer will go to the Field Day
    site and club members will set up the infrastructure.This includes
    tents, tables, chairs, generator and infa, grill, etc….
  * On Saturday morning June 26 around 9am, Club members will set up
    antennas, Stations, and computer network for logging.
  * Between 1:30pm and 2:pm, Father Bill will do a do brief Field
    Prayers and Holy Eucharist.
  * After above, we will have our traditional Filed day picnic.
  * The Field Day event will Start at 2pm June 26
  * Day operators will run the stations.Later in the evening the night
    operators will take over
  * On Sunday June 27, hopefully somebody will bring coffee and bagels
    for the over night ops and newly arriving station relief
  * Around noon, we will eat/drink as much remaining food/beverages as
    possible.
  * The Field Day event will end at 2:00pm Sunday June 27.
  * Club member will start tearing down the Field Day site and move the
    items trailer.
  * The trailer will the return to the RT12 trailer where club members
    will move the gear to the club trailer.
