Hello CRA:

Here is the link to register for SkyWarn training on 5/18. The URL takes you to the SkyWarn page and the registration link is on the right side. There will be other training sessions later in May and in June so save the page if you cannot do the 18th.

If you are interested in volunteering for ARES, follow this URL to create an account. Your username MUST be your callsign. Use any password that you can remember. https://arrl.volunteerhub.com/#_=_
John Wyatt (NNJ Section Emergency Coordinator) will respond to your enrollment. John is the Net Control for the ARES Net sessions on the second Tuesday of each month at 8:00 pm. The net consists of call ins by county and then by Echolink. Just give the Net Control call sign (W2VTV) allow drop, give your callsign, location by town or township, ASO (for All Systems Operational), No Traffic, and source of power (commercial, battery, back-up generator, solar). Usually one county per month gives a practice message using ISC 213.
