It is an 8 dipolearray with a pre-connect harness made out of very stiff cable: like trying to wrestle an stubborn octopus and definitelya 4 person job.No particular skills required other than the ability to listen, follow simple directions and know the difference between"righty-tighty" and "lefty-loosie".Task will be to untangle the mess and have each person grab 2 interconnected elements and then slide them onto and alongthe mounting pipe - aligning the U bolts to the marks on the pipe. Then we carefully and evenly tighten the U bolts andline up  all the elements.
