 Will the high school send out notice of cancellation and put on its web page?

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 concerns, North Hunterdon High School has 
cancelled all events including our hamfest.

This is the best choice due to the growing number of COVID-19 
(coronavirus) cases.  Yester day, the World Health Organization (WHO) 
officially declared COVID-19 a pandemic,  Your health, our vendor's 
health, and our guest's health are a top priority for the Cherryville 
Repeater Assn II.

That said, I'm asking all of you to get the word out as best as we can.  
As unfortunate as it may be, I'm sure that there will be people who will 
still arrive at the hamfest.  We will need 3 or more club members to 
address the people who may have not received word of our cancellation.  
A minimum of two people to work the entrances of the High School to turn 
people around and go home. Best case would be four people to do this so 
it can be done in shifts.  Perhaps 6-9am and 9am-12pm.  I will be taking 
an early shift and arrive at the High School at 6am.   Similarly, if we 
have have a couple people to man 375 and send out periodic messages 
between 6am and 12pm that would be great.  Best to also divide this into 
2 shifts also.  Please let me know if you can assist.
