[W2CRA] Upcoming CRA Events

It's the time of the year where we have a couple important club events 
happening.  I want to recap so that we are all in the know.

*HamFest*

This weekend is our club hamfest.  The date of the hamfest is March 
14th.  Here is a brief schedule of events for this weekend. We need all 
hands to help with this event.

On Friday March 13th, we will gather at the North Hunterdon High School 
at 6pm.  This year there is no need to go to the club trailer to bring 
the set up items.  Len K3SLJ ant his team did this last weekend and he 
has the stuff in his trailer.  We will do a typical setup up as per past 
years and then we will enjoy the Presidential Pizza afterwords.

On Saturday March 14th, we will again meet at North Hunterdon High 
School but this time at *6am *to facilitate last minute setup and to 
prepare for the arrival of the vendors.  After the event, we will need 
all hands to break down the hamfest setup and to re-arrange the 
cafeteria.  Hopefully a few of you can also assist with taking  the club 
gear back to the trailer.


*Dues*

It's that time of the year again.  We can't do many of these events that 
we do without your support.  It would be good if we can get the majority 
of the dues paid this Friday at the hamfest setup.  If you want to vote 
for the board members, then your dues will be due before the April meeting.

Dues Schedule
Regular Membership: $30.00
Family Membership: $35.00
Senior Membership: $25.00

*Elections*

All four executive board seats are up for grabs.  If you would like to 
be a board member and would like to contribute to the club then this is 
your opportunity.  Declare your candidacy and get on the ballot.  There 
are also Member at large positions available if you want to contribute 
but just want to "get your feet wet". Elections will happen at the April 
club meeting so time is short.
