[W2CRA] Change in time to meet at trailer

Hello crew,

I’ve been informed that  The County complex will have hazardous material
cleanup day on Saturday.

That will be in the morning, so I would like to meet at the trailer later
in the day

Let’s meet at the trailer at 1:30 PM. That should avoid the mayhem
