[W2CRA] Field Day Roll Call

Normally, during our June club meeting,  we take a roll call of who will 
be participating in Field Day.   You might recall that we add a field to 
the sign in book asking if you will be participating.  Because of the 
COVID situation our meeting will again be virtual.  I'm asking for you 
to respond to this email and advise us if you will indeed be joining us 
in the field.


The board completely understands that you might be in an at risk group 
or perhaps you just don't feel safe attending.  This is completely 
understandable and we encourage you to stay home.  Do not feel any 
pressure to attend.  Do what you need to do to stay safe.


That said, the ARRL has amended their rules so that you can participate 
from home as a 1D or 1E and contribute to the club score.  If you will 
be participating from home please consider sending in your logs and put 
a comment that you are participating with a club.  Please reference 
"Cherryville Repeater Assn II"  in your submission.
