[W2CRA] EMCOMM and COMEX reminder

The COMEX is going well. A frequently heard comment on 60M yesterday was,
"Thank you for the exercise." It is significant,

There is mutual value to both hams and the military,  particularly since HF
has regained so much importance is view of the vulnerability of satellites,

Training resources show spectacular capabilities of using HF even during
low sunspot numbers. Things can still get done.
