[W2CRA] W2CRA Digest: Communication Tower Provided By Exxon At No Cost To County

Dave,

 No CRA prescence as
 1) not a major site (no 200' tower), 
 2) no major bad spots for us there and 
 3) would cost us a voter position better used for another site later.

Except for our county check in to the state net (last Mon of the month) there is no activity.
